In November 2023 we took ownership of my late parents Villa purchased of plan 22 years earlier, the Villa was tired and old fashioned not really a place we looked forward to visiting. We needed an interior designer and a company to organise the project for us since we live in Scotland with no contacts in Spain, through sheer luck & my sons conversation with a friend who’s parents also had a Villa in the same area of Spain we found Sam & Hana of Prosea Design. My wife & I still say WOW how lucky we were to find them. The job entailed completely emptying the Villa removing & replacing the kitchen, two bathrooms with showers and a powder room, ripping out the three bedrooms and giving the whole interior a fantastic modern finish along with the decoration fittings and furniture. The exterior was stained with twenty two years of weather and wear the pool and jacuzzi looked tired. The drive for the car was on a slope & open to wayward golf balls hitting the car, the golf nets protecting the Villa needed replacing. Sam and Hana came up with the perfect solutions and organised all the work, digging out the drive fitting a roof and modern doors that protected the car. They completely re painted the exterior of the villa with silicon paint & refurbished the pool & jacuzzi plus replacing the golf nets protecting the villa. I could go on, we now have a fantastic modern Villa inside & out, fitted with all the modern amenities. Our family love using the Villa & say it’s like a 5 star hotel. Sam & Hana completed it all from design to finish while we sat at home in Scotland. The project came in on budget with Sam keeping us up to date with pictures and videos. We couldn’t be happier with the service Sam & Hana provided & would trust them completely with any future jobs in-fact now they have finished the Villa we wish we had a Sam & Hana in Scotland. “When we signed on with a construction company to add a garden room to our house we were very disappointed that they were not able to show us the inside layout at all. We only got the exterior 3D visualisations. Sam and Hana helped us visualize the various design hesitations via multiple 3D images making it possible to choose which color windows would be best and what type of feature wall we wanted in this future room. We feel this should have been provided by the constructor as it is an important part of the project: the actual room has far more impact on our everyday life than what it looks like from the outside! Sam and Hana were precise in their work and took into account all the details we wanted to incorporate (type of atmosphere wanted and furniture layout for example).  They also provided different angles for us to better view this futur room. Their flexibility and patience with our different ideas were very helpful and their own suggestions were an added bonus as they helped us see more possibilities than we had thought of on our own.  I was in France and yet the distance was no issue as all was done over the phone and computer and we were able to share the various options with family and friends for advice which was a great help in making those important decisions. We are now very happy with our garden room and thanks to Sam and Hana, we feel we have made the best choices possible. “I have renovated a bathroom myself. However, I lack imagination and have a hard time making decisions in advance because they can’t be easily reversed once the tiles are on the wall. There are just too many questions. Which tiles? What shape? Which colour? What combination? To make matters worse around here, the typical builder is just not an interior designer and will just put anything in – with no sense of design. I had that experience myself working on the kitchen. I was allowed to chose tiles, but I didn’t get any assistance from the builder making a good decision. So I was on my own – despite having a supposed professional on my side. This time I went for a real professional. I’m glad I chose Hana and Sam from ProSea Design. They first figured out what I like and don’t like. And before going to the tile store, they measured the bathroom and built a photorealistic 3D model. We picked out the tiles virtually, combined them and tried them until we found something I liked. After having an idea we went to the stores and looked for matching tiles. Hana took a lot of time and was very patient in the process, both encouraging me in my own ideas but also showing me what would work better. I felt comfortable and in good hands at all times. Hana and Sam convinced me as professionals but also as people.
