Mediterranean Villa Renovation – Cabo Roig, Spain

We recently had the pleasure of renovating a Mediterranean villa in Cabo Roig, Spain, giving it a fresh, modern feel while keeping its authentic charm. Our goal was to create a home that flows naturally with today’s lifestyle, balancing comfort, function, and style.

We completely redesigned the villa, rethinking every room to improve both function and flow. The layout was carefully considered and each space was planned to feel bright, functional, and comfortable, reflecting a modern lifestyle while respecting the villa’s character.

The property’s original architecture was conserved while a few modern touches were added, such as the kitchen ceiling, ducted air conditioning throughout the ground floor and a modern staircase finish.

Outside, we transformed an overgrown and abandoned garden into a clean landscaped gravelled garden including a fire pit area. The large swimming pool was fully retiled and a BBQ area was added to complete this lovely outdoor living area.

This project reflects our passion for thoughtful design, careful renovation, and creating spaces that feel both modern and timeless.
