This detached villa, ideally situated in the heart of one of the most prestigious golf courses in Orihuela Costa, Spain, has long held a special place within the family, having originally been the home of the current owner’s parents. With a deep appreciation for its history and sentimental value, the decision was made to retain the property and thoughtfully transform it into a refined family holiday retreat to be enjoyed for many years to come.

Benefiting from a solid structural condition, the renovation focused not on altering its essence, but on elevating its character. The project was conceived as a careful balance between preservation and renewal, embracing the existing layout and original flooring while introducing a more elegant and contemporary aesthetic. Every intervention was guided by the desire to enhance comfort, light, and timeless style, ultimately creating a harmonious blend of modern sophistication and enduring family heritage.
