Who are we?

We’re Hana and Samuel, expats living in Spain since 2014. For over a decade, we have worked in the Costa Blanca real estate industry, gaining experience in property sales, legal support, and administration. Over the years, we have collaborated with leading agencies and professionals across the region.

Alongside our real estate work, we discovered a passion for renovation and interior design. After completing our own home project, we realized how challenging it can be to turn ideas into reality. Communicating with trades and visualizing the final result often creates confusion.

To solve this, we developed skills in space planning, floor plans, 3D visualization, and financial planning. This allows us to turn ideas into clear, practical designs that are easy to understand and build.

Our journey led us to create ProSea Design, a company focused on two main services: property search and interior renovation project management. We work independently, always putting our clients first.
