Who are we?

We’re Hana and Samuel, expats living in Spain since 2014 with over a decade of experience in the Costa Blanca real estate industry. Throughout our careers — in property sales, legal support, and administration — we’ve worked alongside leading agencies and professionals across the region.

Alongside our work in the real estate industry, we developed a strong passion for renovation and interior design after completing our own home project. That experience showed us first-hand the gap that often exists between an idea and its execution — especially when communicating with trades and visualising the end result.

To bridge that gap, we began developing skills in space planning, floor plans, 3D visualisation, and financial planning, allowing us to translate ideas into clear, practical designs that can be properly understood and built.

This journey led us to create ProSea Design — a business built around two core services: property search and interior renovation projects management.

We work independently and client-first, offering honest guidance, personal attention, and tailored solutions in a professional yet approachable environment.
