Although the clients already had an architectural project in place, it had been created several years earlier and no longer reflected their current needs. Our first step was to revisit the original plans and work closely with the homeowners to develop a new vision for the space.
Through a collaborative design process, we reimagined the layout, adapted the project to suit the clients’ lifestyle, and created detailed designs for every room. Once the revised plans were approved, we coordinated with trusted local builders to bring the project back to life.
Creating Comfortable Living Spaces
As with many underbuild renovations, moisture control and thermal insulation were key priorities for the homeowners.
To achieve the best results, we recommended a plasterboard wall system. This solution allowed us to properly seal the existing brickwork while creating a cavity for insulation between the original walls and the new interior surfaces. The result is a comfortable, energy-efficient living environment that remains protected from humidity.
Following the structural work, new plumbing, electrical installations, flooring, lighting, and finishes were completed, transforming the empty shell into a fully functional living space.
