This Mediterranean villa in Cabo Roig has been thoughtfully reimagined to balance contemporary living with its original character. The design approach focused on enhancing flow, light, and spatial clarity, creating a home that feels both refined and effortless.

Each space was carefully considered, with a reconfigured layout that prioritises comfort, functionality, and a natural sense of openness. Original architectural features were preserved, complemented by subtle, contemporary interventions that bring a quiet sense of cohesion throughout.

The exterior was equally transformed. An overgrown garden was reinterpreted as a calm, gravelled landscape, centred around a fire pit area and designed for relaxed outdoor living, with a dedicated space for entertaining.

The result is a home that feels cohesive, contemporary, and timeless—an expression of considered design and careful renovation.
