Project Description:

James and Yvonnes just purchased an apartment in Daya Nueva which required a full renovation before they could start using it as their family holiday home in Spain.

They already knew what they wanted: A modern design with a grey and white colour palet, an open plan kitchen and wood looking floor throughout the apartment but needed help bringing the project to life and completing the renovation while they were not in Spain!

Our work consisted in:

• Creating 3D visuals to confirm clients design choices
• Establishing a detailed budget covering all aspects of the project
• Contracting a building company and third parties
• Search, purchase and installation of bathroom furniture and accessories
• Coordinating companies contracted by clients (A/C and Glass Curtain installation)
• Managing full project
