Another superbe opportunity to create designs and visuals for our clients to help them visualise the potential and possibilities for their apartment living room area.
We were contacted by these clients to help them put their ideas together and find a layout which would please both of them while avoiding any structural work. The clients, having created an open layout between the terrace and the living room, wanted a minimalistic and light coloured layout and design.
HDP01 - San Fulgencio
One of our first 3D design and visual projects of this size! A superbe opportunity to create designs and visuals of a detached villa located in the popular urbanisation of La Marina.
We were contacted by the client to help design and visualize the ideas they had before any renovation work started on their property. From creating a recess ceiling in the living area to designing modern finishes following the clients wants & likes, we were able to design together every room in this property.
Once the building work started, we were given the opportunity to help the client with furniture selection and purchases, coordination with companies that were not brought in by the builder, design & order of the kitchen, design work supervision and assistance in various parts of the project.
HDP02 - "La Finca Golf"
A small yet exciting project consisting in updating 2 bathrooms and finding a solution for the TV area in the living room.
The clients had just moved into their new house and wanted to update this property while keeping the original design and features. A walk-in shower was to be fitted, vanities were to be replaced and the kitchen bar was to be replaced by a wall extending the TV area of the living room.
From creating floor plans, 3D visuals, furniture boards, finding compatible designs and solutions to the existing designs, to bringing to the project an experienced & professional builder, we were able to bring the project to life while respecting the clients wants & likes.
